Episode 10: The Brain on Vision Boards

In this episode, inspired by neuroscientist Dr. Tara Swart and public speaker and author Mel Robbins, I discuss the neuroscience behind vision boards.

They are intended to consistently keep mental tabs on our goals so that when we see potential opportunities in our life, we have the courage and awareness to seek them.
