Episode 13: A Pros and Pros List about…You
Have you ever made a pros and cons list to weigh out various decisions? We make these list to decide if a choice or opportunity is a good fit for us.
But what would happen if you made a pros and pros list about yourself? What if we had a goal or desire and created a pros list or what I like to call a “perfect fit” list that makes a solid claim to you and your brain so that you can finally notice that you are worthy of what your asking for?
I’m a firm believer in the idea that what we seek is seeking us and we wouldn’t be asking for something if we weren’t capable of having it. Although this is easy to acknowledge, it can be very difficult to actualize. Our brains love to tell us about the competition around us, the stakes, or the difficulties that may come with our desire… and that can be discouraging.
In this episode, I discuss a tool that will allow us to begin to build up that confidence in the context of our goals so that we trust in our ability to meet them.
